Prices depend on the day and time you would like to rent the lodge and how many people will be attending your event.  Monday - Friday the lodge is available during the day for luncheons and business meetings.  Rental prices vary between $50-$100 dependent on the number of people in attendance.  Saturday and Sunday the lodge is available in the evenings for dinners and parties.  Rental prices vary between $750 - $900 dependent on number of people in attendance.  Cost for additional services like bartending, security, cleaning, DJ/entertainment, etc. may apply.

Most definitely!!  One of the perks of lodge membership is first call on all available rental dates AND a deep discount on rental fees.  Be sure to note you're an Elks member when reaching out.  If you are a member of another lodge, please provide the name of your home lodge and your membership number.  

No.  If you or any of your guests bring alcohol into our lodge, your party will end immediately, and you will not be reimbursed any money paid.   Luckily, our lodge comes fully stocked and our prices are more than competitive. 

No, our lodge is not a restaurant, but we are happy to provide a list of approved lodge caterers.  We also have a large kitchen with all the necessary equipment to keep and serve your catered meal.  If the caterer you are using is not on our lodge approved list, they must provide their license and COI information at least 3 days prior to your event.

Decorations are allowed as long as they do not damage lodge ceilings, flooring, doors or walls.  This includes damage done by nails, push pins or heavy-duty mounting tapes.  You are also responsible for cleaning up or removing/discarding any decor brought into the lodge.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your event to include washing/loading into the dishwasher any lodge dinnerware used to serve your food, removing decorations, and assuring all trash is in lodge provided trash bins.  Don't want to worry about clean up?  We are happy to do it for you for an additional $100 fee.
